Billing questions
What is a stitching credit?
One credit turns one AstraPano capture into one 360 panorama. A failed stitch returns the credit.
Do unused credits carry over?
Monthly credits do not carry over to the next month, but they move with you when you upgrade. Top-up credits are bought separately.
What happens when a plan expires?
Tours are unpublished and capture is paused. Nothing is deleted, and renewing brings everything back.
Which currency will I pay in?
Customers in India pay in rupees. Everyone else pays in US dollars.
